You can only perform this ritual within Veilguard. It automatically fails if attempted on the material plane.
You must consume a collection of Forest resources as part of performing this ritual, consisting of 2 units of Heartswood and 6 units total of Dragonbone, Felweyr, Arachne Silk, and/or Gryphon Feathers. Bring these materials to Wheelhouse when you report the performance of the ritual and collect the resources conjured by it.
You transmute the materials required for the ritual into the following resources: 4 ingots each of Mithryl and Adamant and 2 Ingots each of Luminium and Tenebrite.
A character can only perform or participate in the performance of this ritual once per event.
