You can use the Bind Item ritual on a suit of armor, regardless of its Bulk. Armor that you have bound can be recalled onto your body (rather than into your hand) with 2 Minor Actions. This displaces any clothes you are currently wearing that would make wearing the armor uncomfortable or impossible, dropping them in a pile adjacent to you.
The suit of armor you bind also includes any protective undergarments required to wear it, such as a gambeson.
Note that, depending on circumstances when you summoned it, dismissing the armor may leave you wearing an embarrassing lack of clothing.
