A massive complex of magma tunnels that winds beneath all three of the volcanoes in central Ashwind, the Brimstone Tunnels empty themselves every few months in a process that naturalists and arcanists are still trying to understand and predict. Regardless of why it happens, while they aren’t filled with molten rock the Tunnels are a bountiful source of mineral wealth, which can be hacked out of the walls with remarkable ease. The only problem for would-be miners is that the tunnels are also home to spirits of volcanic ash and molten stone, which necessitates hiring guards and Divers to protect the miners while they work.
