Carrinael, Prince of Oaths

Helikhar’s will is not merely enforced through brute violence and fear — the Old God also uses oaths sworn on a mortal’s soul to ensure that its more important servants perform according to its decreed Purity and Order. Carrinael is the administrator of these oaths, the manager keeping the bureaucracy of Khar-Dis functioning smoothly (if incredibly painfully for those poor souls in the bottom ranks).
