You can use a Free Action on your turn to cause the enchanted item to glow with a golden Mage Light, which you can turn off with another Free Action on your turn.
When you grant yourself or an ally one or more charges of Inspiration, they regain +2 Stamina per Tier of the item for each charge you grant them.
When one of your spells would restore Stamina to yourself or an ally, it restores +2 additional Stamina per Tier of the item.
You gain a Bonus equal to the item’s Tier on saving throws and Perception checks against Illusion effects, and on all checks to Sense Motive.
