After this Action is performed twice in the same Region during the same Round or consecutive Rounds of Downtime, the Region that the Force is located in temporarily gains one of the Fortification, Bridge, or Causeway Traits, lasting for four Rounds of Downtime.
A Force can perform this Action again within the affected Region to refresh the duration of the effect to four Rounds.
