Make an Intimidate attack roll against the Will DC of a target within 30 feet of you who can see and hear you. You can use the higher of your DEX, STR, or CHA as your Attribute Modifier for this roll. If you do not know a language that the target can speak, you take a -2 Penalty to your attack roll.
- Critical Hit: The target suffers from Fear 2 for 1 minute. Each round at the start of your turn, if the target is still suffering from this Fear effect, you must make a DC 11 Flat check. On a Failure, the level of Fear the target suffers from is reduced by -1.
- Hit: The target suffers from Fear 1 until the start of your next turn.
- Critical Miss: The target becomes enraged. The target is Taunted by you until the end of your next turn, and you take a -2 Penalty to saving throws against the target’s attacks and attack rolls against the target until the end of your next turn.
