The Cultist Cell can choose to move to a neighboring Region or remain in place.
The Cultist Cell deals 10% of its Effective Combat Strength in damage to the Economy of the Region.
Non-Dreadhorde Forces in the Region cannot regain Health from the Resupply Action until the start of the next Round of Downtime.
Regional Trait Effects:
- If the Cultist Cell performs this action in a Region with the Logistics Hub trait, the damage it deals to the Region’s Economy is doubled and the Region loses the Logistics Hub trait until the end of the next Round of Downtime.
- If the Cultist Cell performs this action in a Region with the Aether Conflux trait, the Region gains the Hostile Terrain trait until the end of the next Round of Downtime.
- If the Cultist Cell performs this action in a Region with the Ruin trait, it triples the Delve Strength of all Ruins within the Region until the end of the next Round of Downtime.
Military Units performing the Patrol Order in the Region can intercept this Action.
