The best army in the world is useless if it cannot be where it is needed at the right time. The worst army in the world would still serve better than the most glorious of heroes, if the former is present and the latter are not. Timing, the fickle turn of Fate that lets one be just where one must be to win, that is worth far more than gold, and many a general would gladly accept a curse upon themselves to simply be able to get their forces where they are needed in time to make the best use of them.
You target one Force with this ritual. You must deliver the Curse Card for this ritual to an Envoy of the Nation which controls that Force or to a character who has been granted command of that Force for it to have an effect.
The targeted Force takes -3 Disadvantage on all Tactics Rolls.
Each Action that the targeted Force takes has its Initiative value changed to Quick.
The effects of this ritual last until the end of the next Round of Downtime, until you remove the Curse, or until the Curse is broken, whichever comes first.
If this ritual is performed outside of Veilguard, its required Ritual Power is quadrupled.
