Grimhallow Enchantment

You gain a Bonus equal to the item’s Tier on Dark Arcana and Deception skill checks.

Once per round, resetting at the start of your turn, while you are at 0 Stamina you can use a Free Action before you roll an attack roll, saving throw, or skill check to gain a Bonus to the roll equal to the item’s Tier.

You can use 1 Minor Action and take 1 Wounds damage per Tier to increase the effective Tier of this item (and any other Enchantments on it) by +1 for the next minute. Nothing can prevent or reduce the damage you suffer from using this ability except for the effects of a Bloodcoral Item. The item cannot be enhanced this way more than once at a given time. Any abilities it has that have uses per Tier per Long or Short Rest gain +1 extra use while the item is enhanced, but any uses of those abilities count as having been used after the Bloodhallow effect fades.
