When you apply this Upgrade to your Aetherdart Pistol, you build a mechanism that straps the Device to your wrist or shoulder and aims and fires darts at your mental command, allowing you to wield it without using either of your hands.
The Device’s Hands property becomes 0; it no longer requires any hands to wield it.
You can spend 1 charge of Aether Flux when you use the Aether Dart ability to gain a +2 Bonus to one attack roll granted by that use of the ability.
