When you use Mana Vortex, you can choose to grant one ally within 30 feet of you (but not yourself) +1 charge of Inspiration. If you do so, the ability gains the Teamwork and Bolster tags for that use.
When you use Mana Vortex, you can choose to gain -1 fewer charges of Mana Flux to gain +1 charge of Inspiration.
