You target one character with this ritual, who must be present for the entire performance of the ritual.

You petition the Saint of Rogues to gain his aid in one of the target’s schemes. After you register this ritual with Wheelhouse, one of the following things will happen:

1. The target steals something from an NPC or organization during Downtime, gaining the loot as part of their packet at the start of the next event. This may have a chance for failure and negative consequences for the target.
2. During the next event, the target will receive a quest to take part in a nighttime heist skirmish, NPCs and time permitting.
3. During the next event, the target will receive a quest to steal an item with Kavahn’s mark upon it within Veilguard.

The target may specify which of the three options they would prefer when you register the ritual, but is not guaranteed to receive their preferred outcome.
