The cost of this ritual is tripled if it is performed outside of Veilguard.
When you perform this ritual, at least 6 participants in the Assassination Game must be present. Each assassin in attendance receives a Mark, customarily either a red ribbon or a small token bearing the sign of a skull or shepherd’s crook. The rules of the Revel are as follows:
Once all of the Marks have been collected, the last participating assassin possessing a Mark gains +6 Levels to their Enterprise for the next Round of Downtime. If any of the Marks have not been collected by the next sunrise, the ritual is wasted and none of the assassins gain any benefits from it.
After a target is chosen to receive this boon, the effects of this ritual last until the end of the next Round of Downtime or another Enterprise Sorcery is placed on the target (whichever comes first).
You can overcharge this ritual; for every +8 additional Ritual Power you use when you perform the ritual, the Revel can be enacted another time before the end of the event, with a new winner being decided and gaining the ritual’s boon to their Enterprise. Any previous winner(s) are ineligible to win again, and should either withdraw entirely or forfeit if they should be one of the last two assassins left with a Mark.
Prismatic effect: If the mages performing this ritual have amongst their number mastery of both the Bakharan and Druathan Prismatica ritual lists, the bonus Levels to the targeted Enterprise(s) are increased by +2.
