You conjure a marauding horde of angry Spirits, which take a monstrous form of your choice and hunt down anyone within the Region. Friend, foe, or civilian, all are the hated enemies of the Spirits given life by your curse, and they will not stop until every living thing within their reach has been extinguished.
You target one Region with this ritual. You must deliver the Curse Card for this ritual to an Envoy of the Nation containing that Region or to a Veilwalker whose Enterprise is located within the Province that contains the targeted Region for it to have an effect.
You conjure a Force consisting of hateful, monstrous Spirits in the target Region. The Force appears at the start of the Round. It acts as a hostile force under the control of the Wheelhouse team.

Special Traits:
The Force operates until it is destroyed or the Curse that conjured it ends. It attacks any other Force within the Region, and if there are no other Forces present it will use the Raze or Rampage Actions to do as much damage to the cursed Region as possible.
The effects of this ritual last until the end of the next 4 Rounds of Downtime or until the Curse is broken, whichever comes first. You cannot end the Curse prematurely on your own.
If this ritual is performed outside of Veilguard, its required Ritual Power is quadrupled.
