The Military Unit gains a +100% Combat Strength Multiplier when it performs any action in a Region with the Aether Conflux Trait.
When the Military Unit performs the Reinforce action, the Force that it is reinforcing gains the ability to perform the Ritual Warfare action. If the targeted Force could already perform that action for any reason, the targeted Force can perform it at Normal Initiative instead of Slow Initiative. If the Military Unit’s Level is 15 or higher, the Ritual Warfare action grants an additional +1 Advantage and +20% Combat Strength bonus. This effect stacks if multiple Mage Cadre Military Units are reinforcing the same Force.
If the Military Unit is Reinforcing an Army or Fleet, and the Army or Fleet it is Reinforcing uses the Artillery Barrage Action, the Military Unit adds its Effective Combat Strength to that action as normal for a Reinforcement, and gains a +100% Combat Strength Multiplier when it does so.
