You learn the Apprentice Formulae list automatically when you take the Enchanter Ability. Each time you take the Enchanting Training Ability, you learn two of the following lists. You must have the Master Enchanter Ability in order to craft any of the Master-level Formulae in the Formulae Lists that you know.
