He sees much, peering down through the Veil and listening to the whispers of the Void. He is the most talented mage amongst the Devils of Knowledge, which is saying something, but his plots and plans are never rational, always twisting and seeming to confound themselves. Mortals can petition him for assistance, but aside from one specific ritual his reaction to supplicants is notoriously fickle, ranging from happy generosity to raging magical destruction.
