You can only perform this ritual within Veilguard. It automatically fails if attempted on the material plane.
You must consume a collection of 12 Aether Crystals as part of performing this ritual, in addition to the ones used to power it. Bring them to Wheelhouse when you report the performance of the ritual and collect the resources conjured by it.
You transmute the materials required for the ritual into 200 Scales (or 2 Dragons, if you prefer).
A character can only perform or participate in the performance of this ritual once per event.
