You send a spiritual messenger to deliver a missive to someone. You must specify which recipient you intend to send the message to during the ritual, giving their name or an identifying alias, not just a title or descriptor of location or position within an organization. The target will receive your message within the next week, though the ritual provides them no means of replying without performing a similar ritual of their own or sending a flesh-and-blood messenger. The message can be no more than 100 words; anything beyond this amount is lost in transmission. If the target is not on the material plane at some point within 2 weeks of the performance of the ritual, the ritual fails and the message is not delivered.
