You reload an unloaded weapon or aethertech device that has the Reloading trait.
You may need to use this action multiple times to fully reload the weapon or device and make it usable again, depending on the level of the Reloading trait that it has.
Reloading a weapon or device requires both hands unless specified otherwise in its entry or by an ability or Keystone such as Exopilot.
