This call is used by the Repulsing Curse spell, as well as a number of Sorceries and Enchanted items. You can make this call when you strike a target, their weapon, or their shield.

The target must move away from you at a brisk walk or faster for 10 seconds or until they have moved at least 20 feet away from you, terrain and safety permitting.

If their path would be interrupted by a trip hazard, they can (and should) step around it. If their path is interrupted by a large obstacle such as a tree or a wall, they are stuck to that obstacle until the effect of this call ends (i.e. after the 10 seconds are up). They can defend themselves as normal while stuck to the obstacle, but cannot move from that location except for OOC safety reasons until the duration of the Repel effect has passed.
