When you are within arms’ reach of a character who is Bleeding Out, you can perform 3 seconds of appropriate roleplay (”Stay with me! You can still fight!”), spend 2 Valor Points, and call Heal to restore +3 Hit Points to them.
You cannot use this Technique on yourself.
