Revivify

To perform this ritual, you must possess 10x Tier 1 Components, none of which can have the Inert or Entropic Aspect, which are consumed at the end of the ritual.

You return a corpse that died within the last 1 hour to life with 1 Wound and 1 Stamina per Tier of the target creature. The subject cannot recover Stamina (whether naturally or through healing effects) until their Wounds are completely restored up to their maximum value.

This ritual cannot resurrect a creature that died of old age.

If the subject died of disease or starvation, or if less than 90% of the body is present, the number of material Components required for the ritual to succeed is doubled.

If less than 50% of the body is present, or the body has completely lost integrity (been crushed to paste, disintegrated, etc.), the number of material components required for the ritual to succeed is quadrupled.

The ritual requires at least 25% of the creature’s corpse to succeed, even if it has been dismembered or reduced to ashes. Body parts severed significantly before the time of death don’t count for this purpose; the parts of the corpse used for the ritual need to have been part of the living creature within 72 hours prior to the creature’s death.

Once a creature has been resurrected, any remaining body parts that were not present during the ritual dissolve into aether and dissipate. It is impossible to use this ritual to resurrect a creature in two or more different places at once.

Each time that this ritual is performed on a creature, the Rarity of the material Components needed to perform it on them again increases by one Tier, up to a maximum of Tier 4. No known components are capable of resurrecting a creature a fifth time, though there are rumors of particularly potent Tier 4 components that might suffice, sought after by emperors and legendary adventurers alike.

If you cast this ritual on a corporeal undead that died within the appropriate timeframe, you return it to true life and cleanse it of its undead condition. It must be present and either willing or helpless for the entirety of the ritual’s casting time.

If you cast this ritual on the corporeal remains of an incorporeal undead that died within the appropriate timeframe, the creature is returned to life and the undead — if it is in fact the soul of that creature — returns to its body and is cleansed of its undead condition.
