When you register this ritual with Wheelhouse, you will learn of an opportunity for a Military Unit to gain additional rewards or to grant an Army or Fleet a temporary boost to its Combat Strength during the next Round of Downtime. The exact rewards will be based on the difficulty of the task they must undertake; you cannot specify what reward you wish to gain.
You do not need to have a Military Unit yourself in order to perform this ritual; you can give or sell the information granted by the ritual to anyone who owns a Military Unit so that they might take advantage of it.
Only the first Military Unit that takes advantage of the opportunity provided by this ritual gains its benefits. Different castings of this ritual will provide different opportunities, up to a maximum limit set before each event.
