Shipbreaker bay is a shipping port which grew up around the industry of taking apart shipwrecks that washed up regularly on the northern coast of Sundland. Its history is sketchy and riddled with rogues, treasure-hunters, and ne'er-do-wells of all sorts who scavenged off the misfortune of others. In modern times, however, the city’s reputation has been significantly cleaned up, and it’s shipyard has become well-known as a hub for seafarers seeking to repair their vessel, or to buy or sell a ship. Many of the city's buildings are fashioned of ship's planking and masts, giving it a unique appearance. By far its most eye-catching feature is the massive metal arm sitting in the center of the bay, which works from dawn until dusk to lift ships into and out of the many drydocks surrounding it so that workers can repair them.
