You target one Force with this ritual. Either the General of the Force or the Envoy of the Nation that controls that Force must be present for the entire performance of the ritual.
The target Force ignores the normal Combat Strength Penalty for being at less than full HP, and deals +25% extra damage to any targets it engages in combat with.
The target Force takes 20 damage at the start of the Recovery Phase during the next Round of Downtime, before it has a chance to recover any HP.
The effects of this ritual last until the end of the next Round of Downtime or another Army Sorcery is placed on the target (whichever comes first).
If this ritual is performed outside of Veilguard, its required Ritual Power is tripled.
