When you use Mana Vortex, your Mana Capacity is increased by +1 until the end of your next turn. This effect cannot stack with itself, and takes effect immediately before the ability grants you any charges of Mana Flux.
When you use Mana Vortex, you can spend 1 charge of Inspiration to gain +1 charge of Mana Flux.
