Erupting Enchantment

The item can be charged up and used to cast destructive fire magics. It can hold a maximum number of charges equal to its Tier. You can add charges to it as a Free Action on your turn by spending any number of charges of Inspiration and/or Mana Flux. Charges held by the item last indefinitely while you are Attuned to it.
You can use 2 Major Actions and expend at least 1 charge from the item to activate it and do one of the following:
- Pyroclastic Bomb: The item fires an orb of burning energy that detonates on impact; make a Basic Ranged Area Arcanite Attack against the Reflex DCs of all targets in a 15-foot diameter sphere centered on a square within 60 feet of you, dealing 1d8 Fire damage on a Hit. If you spend more than one charge from the item when you use this, the diameter of the explosion increases by +10 feet per charge spent after the first.
- Pyroclastic Breath: The item sprays a gout of fire and ash; make a Basic Melee Area Arcanite Attack against the Reflex DCs of all targets in a 15-foot cone originating from you, dealing 1d8 Fire damage on a Hit. If you spend more than one charge from the item when you use this, the attack deals +1 Bonus Die of damage per charge spent after the first.
Both of these abilities have the Fire, Attack, Area, Equipment, Exceptional, and Arcanite properties. Pyroclastic Bomb also has the Ranged and Manipulate properties.
