After you complete your incantation, you throw a cloth packet of seeds at a target and call “Force Bolt!” If the packet hits their body (including armor, but not a shield or weapon) they take 1 damage and the effects of the Cleave Call (which is negated as usual if the packet hits a piece of Medium or Heavy Armor).
