You cannot be detected visually by a creature you have Full Concealment from. You are automatically Hidden from them while you have Full Concealment from them. If you maintain Full Concealment from them while you perform a Sneak action, you become Undetected by them if you Succeed or Critically Succeed on your Stealth Check against them.
