You gain a Bonus equal to twice the item’s Tier on Medicine Lore checks to diagnose cause of death; Recall Knowledge checks about Undead creatures; non-attack Diplomacy, Intimidate, and Deception checks you make against Undead creatures; and Harvest checks on Undead creatures.
A number of times per Long Rest equal to the Tier of the item, you can use 2 Minor Actions to cause the item to pulse with necromantic magic in an attempt to turn or destroy undead around you. When you do so, make a Demoralize attack against all Undead creatures within 30 feet of you, with a Bonus to your attack roll equal to the Tier of the item. If a target is immune to the Fear condition, you treat your Demoralize attack roll as if it had been a Basic Melee Spell Attack with the Curse and Area tags against the target’s Will DC, dealing 1d12 Bludgeoning damage per Tier of the item on a Hit. The attack still triggers reactions as if it had been a normal Demoralize attack, rather than a Melee Spell Attack.
