The Cultist Cell goes undercover and relocates to a new Region. It becomes undetectable and can move up to 2 Regions away. It only reappears after it performs an Action other than Infiltrate or Recruit, or when an Action (such as the Reconnaissance or Inquisition Actions) is taken by the Veilwalkers or the forces of their nations to reveal the Cultist Cell.
A Cultist Cell that started the Round Infiltrated and was revealed during the Insurgency Phase cannot use this action until the start of the next Round.
