The Cultist Cell can choose to move to a neighboring Region or remain in place.
The Cultist Cell either heals for +30 Health or increases its Base Combat Strength by +300. If the Security of the Region is less than 50, the Cultist Cell can either do both of these things or one of them twice.
Regional Trait Effects:
- If the Cultist Cell performs this action in a Region with the Logistics Hub trait, it can either heal for +20 Health or increase its Base Combat Strength by +100, in addition to any other effects of this action.
- If the Cultist Cell performs this action in a Region with the Ruin trait, it gains +3 Advantage on the next combat it takes part in. This effect stacks with itself up to a maximum of +9 Advantage and does not expire until the Advantage is used.
- If the Cultist Cell performs this action in a Region with the Aether Conflux trait, it summons in more extraplanar reinforcements and increases its Base Combat Strength by +200, in addition to any other effects of this action.
- If the Cultist Cell performs this action in a Region with the Causeway trait, and it moves into a Region with the Causeway trait as part of performing this action, it can enter another Region before the other effects of this action occur.
No other Cultist Cell can perform this action within the Region until the next Round of Downtime.
This Action does not break the stealth effect of the Infiltrate Action.
