While it is in a Coastal or River Region, the Army can use the Resupply Action to gain the Fleet and Riverine Traits, effectively building itself a ramshackle fleet of transport ships. It can choose to discard these Traits at any time while it is in a Coastal or River Region, landing and reforming as a land-bound force once more.
The Army ignores the additional Movement Cost for crossing a River border without a Bridge.
Each time the Army uses the March or Sail Action it can use the Embark Action once for free as part of the March or Sail Action.
When the Force uses the Reinforce Action targeting a friendly Fleet it gains a +50% Combat Strength Multiplier for any engagements it takes part in.
