This enchantment can only be applied to a set of Paired Weapons.
This is an Apprentice-level recipe. If you are crafting this item, you can do so without consuming any materials, but doing so counts as crafting 2 items instead of 1 for the purposes of calculating how many items you can craft during Downtime. You cannot craft this item for free during the course of an event.
You can cast the Shattering Word Spell as if you knew it. You can cast it through either of the items that are affected by this Enchantment, regardless of whether they are an Implement or a Weapon.
