Nbatu is the Hero, the shield of the innocent and the sword that cuts down the wicked. He believes fiercely in the need to do the right thing, no matter the cost, and that evil can only exist when good folk do nothing to stop it.
Nbatu is most often depicted as a dark-skinned man with a bald head and a curly beard, his eyes glowing with golden light. He is often depicted with one hand wielding a flaming executioner’s sword and the other empty and glowing with cleansing holy light. He is usually shown smiling, either a kindly expression when looking upon followers or innocents, or as a fierce grin certain of victory when he is depicted fighting against evil.
