This otherwise functions identically to the Elemental Gift ritual, and you must maintain the effects of the Scroll as described in the text of that ritual.

When you learn the Formula for this Scroll, choose four of The Elements; you can craft Scrolls with any Feat that has the Gift tag and an elemental tag matching one of those four elements.
