You gain a Bonus equal to the item’s Tier on Stealth checks to Hide and to Sneak. This Bonus is doubled in areas of Low Light and Darkness.
You can use a Minor Action to snuff out a Candle Light or Torch Light source within 15 feet of you per Tier of the armor. If the target light source is magical in nature, it can be reactivated as normal - the armor only lets you switch magical light sources off, rather than destroying them entirely.
