This feat counts as 3 ranks of the Enhanced Technique applied to the feat that it is upgrading, for the purposes of meeting prerequisites for feats or keystones.
You can gain a maximum number of ranks of this Upgrade equal to the ranks of the New Technique feat that you possess, applying it to a different Technique you know each time you gain a new rank of the Upgrade.
You can take a maximum of 2 Upgrades affecting the New Technique feat each Tier, instead of the normal maximum of 1.
