Slowed

You move slowly and cannot do as much in a round as normal.

For each level of Slowed, you lose one action at the start of your turn, in the following order: Minor Actions, Reaction, Major Actions. If you are suffering from 2 levels of Slowed, for example, you only get 2 Major Actions at the start of your turn.

Once per round, resetting at the start of your turn, if you have lost your Reaction due to a high level of Slowed, but are not suffering from Slowed 4 or any levels of the Stunned bane, you can choose to gain +1 level of the Stunned bane to use your Reaction.

If you gain a level of Slowed on your turn, you immediately lose an action. If you lose a level of Slowed on your turn, you gain the appropriate action back for that turn.

If you have the same number or fewer actions available on your turn than you have levels of Slowed, you cannot do anything on your turn.

You suffer from the Slowed bane at a level equal to your Wounded level while you have 0 Stamina.

If you are suffering from the Slowed condition while you are traveling overland outside of combat, you treat your Speeds as if they were half their normal values, rounding down, for the purposes of calculating how far you can travel in a given span of time.

Levels of Slowed from different afflictions do not stack.
