This is a Master-level formula; you must have the Master Alchemist Ability in order to craft this item.
If you intend to use this item, you must get a Referee to witness you applying of it to your weapon and then touching your target with it. Once they have witnessed you successfully applying this item to a target, the Referee will hand the target the appropriate Poison Card after a delay of a minute or two. The card you will be handed for this item itself is only to signify your possession of it and to be torn when you apply it to a weapon; you must have a Referee present so that they can hand your target the appropriate Poison Card.
To apply this venom to a target, you must touch them with the weapon it has been applied to. You do not have to hit hard enough for them to notice the attack, however; you can very gently tap their armor and it will still be effective — the toxin immediately deadens the nerves, making the strike itself painless.
Upon receiving this Poison Card, the following effects occur:
The Viper’s Kindness potion immediately ends all of the effects and progression of this Poison.
If the target consumes a Timeless Voyage, Kallahan’s Opus, or Golden Morning Dew while under the effects of this Poison, they immediately die of cardiac arrest.
