After consuming this Elixir, whenever you use a Technique you can choose to reduce its Valor cost by -1, to a minimum of 0 Valor. You can use this ability up to three times, at which point the Elixir’s effects dissipate.
This Elixir has no effect if you do not have the Warrior Ability.
The effects of this Elixir last until the next sunrise, you consume another Elixir, or you use the ability granted by the Elixir three times, whichever comes first.
