You can only perform this ritual within Veilguard. It automatically fails if attempted on the material plane.
You must consume a collection of ingots as part of performing this ritual, consisting of 6 ingots total of Mithryl and/or Adamant and 2 Ingots total of Luminium and/or Tenebrite. Bring these materials to Wheelhouse when you report the performance of the ritual and collect the resources conjured by it.
You transmute the materials required for the ritual into the following resources: 5 Tzacanthe and 3 each of Ashbloom, Frostcreeper, Witherroot, and Shivering Crow.
A character can only perform or participate in the performance of this ritual once per event.
