When you consume this Potion, you regain +1 Mana, up to your maximum Mana.
This Potion has no effect if you do not have either of the Mystic or Arcanist Abilities.
This potion was given its name because it’s the first potion most alchemists learn to make, the hardest to get perfect, and the most basic form of it is essentially a few drops of distilled herbs mixed into saltwater.
