The effects of this Elixir last until the next sunrise, you drink another Elixir, or you consume an Antitoxin, whichever happens first.
You feel a burning need for violence. You cannot hold the line if an enemy is before you; you must move forward to attack them, rather than waiting for them to come to you. You cannot refuse a challenge to combat, and will either provoke others until someone responds with violence or actively initiate physical confrontations with others, regardless of whether or not they are enemies, friends, or allies. You can choose to direct your aggression towards those you know are enemies, but if there are no enemies present you must begin to fight your allies. You do not need to execute anyone once they are on the ground, but once a foe is defeated you must begin searching for someone else to fight.
If you are also under the effects of Twisting Blade Of The Berserker, you cannot control themselves at all, and will immediately begin attacking the nearest creatures, with no care for distinguishing between friend and foe and no sense of self-preservation.
If you imbibed this item knowingly, then you still retain enough clarity of mind to be able to take an Antitoxin if you no longer wish to be affected by the Elixir’s effects.
