This curse spreads a low-level haze of anger across the land. Folk become argumentative and lash out at one another and anything that causes them frustration. Fights break out more commonly, and businesses suffer greatly as the bonds between folk begin to break down.
You target one Province with this ritual. You must deliver the Curse Card for this ritual to an Envoy of the Nation containing that Province or to a Veilwalker whose Enterprise is located within that Province for it to have an effect.
All Caravans, Businesses, and Mines based in the Province suffer -4 Levels.
Anger, hatred, and conflict increases within the Province, as the residents and travelers find it harder to control their worst impulses.
The effects of this ritual last until the end of the next Round of Downtime, until you remove the Curse, or until the Curse is broken, whichever comes first.
You can overcharge this ritual; by increasing the Ritual Power to 50, you can apply the curse to an entire Nation.
If this ritual is performed outside of Veilguard, its required Ritual Power is quadrupled.
