Grappled

You are being held by another creature. Until you Escape or are released from the Grapple, you suffer the following effects:

• You cannot move from your location.
• You take a -2 Penalty to Reflex and Defense saves.
• You take a -2 Penalty to any attack rolls you make with weapons of Bulk 1 or more, and cannot make any attacks with a weapon while you are wielding it in both hands.
• You must make a DC 10 Flat Check when you cast Spells or Techniques that have a Somatic component, wasting the Spell/Technique and any Mana Flux used on it if you Fail.

If you are the one Grappling a creature, you suffer from these conditions as well, and cannot perform any actions that require more than one hand without releasing the creature from the Grapple. If you used both hands to initiate or maintain the Grapple, you cannot use any actions that require one or more hands until the start of your next turn.
