After you use this Weapon Oil on a weapon, the next time you deal damage to a creature with the weapon you must call Stun.
The effects of this Weapon Oil last for 60 seconds or until you call Stun against a creature, whichever comes first.
According to legend, an Apexian Herald named Yxildren once offered a great warrior a potion to cure the disease that plagued him; it even worked, in a fashion, freezing him in time for a century before he crumbled to dust. This oil has nothing to do with Yxildren or their “curative,” but its ability to freeze someone in place with the smallest of a blade has lent it a name based on the story.
