Autumn Hall

Though the western quadrant of the Queendom is swampy and full of fens, the Autumn Hall is well-known as being the most welcoming of all the Halls to visitors. The folk there are industrious and take great joy in a hard day’s work well-done, and are more than happy to welcome a stranger to their hearth with a flagon of ale and a hearty meal. Their communities are often built on stilts above the fens, and their shops and taverns are warm and cozy no matter the weather outside.

The Autumn Hall’s ports are one of the major economic engines of the Queendom, acting as a hub for other nations to gain access to Faen’miir’s more exotic goods and welcoming merchants from across the southern reaches of the Continent and beyond. The cities of Ostair and Fengate, in particular, see massive amounts of coin and goods flowing through their ports, and the wealth and prosperity of the Hall as a whole has only grown with the relative peace of the last two centuries — a peace and prosperity that the new Churning is certain to disrupt.
